Gary Pittard

Gary Pittard, a seasoned professional in real estate training and management, retired in July 2023 after a distinguished career. Since June 2005, Pittard has served as a consultant and CEO at Smartre Training, a leading organization in real estate education across Australia, New Zealand, and Southeast Asia. Prior to that, Pittard was a sales and leadership trainer at Bennett and Maugham from July 1993 to June 2005, and began the career in real estate as a salesperson from January 1990 to June 1993. Earlier roles included real estate agent at Combined Crystal, NSW Sales Manager at Triumph Adler, and photocopier salesperson at Nashua Limited. Pittard holds a Diploma of Real Estate from the Real Estate Institute of New South Wales and a Diploma of Vocational Education and Training, further underpinning extensive expertise in the field.
