Eric Speece

Eric Speece is a seasoned professional in the financial services industry, currently serving as Sr. Regional Director at RetireOne since August 2020, where Eric supports over 1000 RIAs and fee-based advisors with annuity and insurance solutions. Prior to this role, Eric was a Regional Director at Benefitfocus from November 2011 to May 2020, focusing on customer satisfaction and relationship management in benefits administration. Eric has extensive experience as a Client Manager, overseeing cloud-based benefits solutions, and has held other significant roles, including Client Service Manager at SHPS and a series of positions in retirement plan sales at MetLife from 1991 to 2003.
