Anna Lehtonen

Anna Lehtonen is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in service management and business development. Currently serving as Service Director at Retta Living and previously holding the role of Vice President at Retta Management, Anna has been key in managing value-added and valuation services since January 2021. Prior to this, Anna was the Service Director and Head of Service Center at Med Group Oy, overseeing customer service and operational processes. Anna's long tenure at Posti Group Oyj spanned over two decades, during which various positions included Director of Retail Network and Business Development Manager, focusing on retail infrastructure, customer service, and strategic planning. Anna Lehtonen holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Jyväskylä.
