Nilanjana Bhowmik

Nilanjana B. is a seasoned venture capital professional with extensive experience in early-stage investments. Currently serving as Co-Founder and General Partner at Converge since January 2018, Nilanjana focuses on investing in innovative entrepreneurs addressing critical business challenges, with investment interests spanning AI, robotics, IoT, and digital transformation. Prior to this, Nilanjana was a General Partner at Longworth Venture Partners from 2004 to 2017, where the focus was on Series A and B investments in over 60 companies. Additionally, Nilanjana held the position of Vice President at Broadview International (Jefferies) from 2000 to 2003, leading M&A advisory for technology firms. Earlier career experience includes serving as Director of Professional Services at Object Design, Inc., a leading object-oriented database software provider. Nilanjana holds an MBA from INSEAD and a degree from the Indian Institute of Technology.
