Renata Pozhidaeva

Renata Pozhidaeva is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in software engineering and architecture. Currently serving as the Director of Software Engineering at RevenueWell since July 2014, Renata has successfully led cultural and organizational transformations within the department, fostering low attrition and strong accountability among team members. Renata has built high-performing global technical teams and played a pivotal role in designing enterprise-oriented web cloud applications, resulting in significant customer acquisition. Other notable positions include Enterprise Architect and Solution Architect, where Renata focused on transitioning legacy applications to SaaS in cloud environments. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Software Developer at IT Max Group and a Software Developer at NTR Lab. Renata holds a Master’s Degree in Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management from Tomsk State University.
