Lauryn Pregoni

Lauryn Pregoni is an experienced HR professional, currently serving as a Fractional HR Leader and HR Consultant at People First HR Consulting since March 2020. Lauryn has worked with several organizations, including Reverb as a People Operations Consultant, and HumanFirst as the Head of HR, where Lauryn established the company's first HR function. Prior roles include building the HR framework at Tracksmith, overseeing HR compliance and employee relations as a Senior Human Resources Generalist at Rescue, and working as an HR Business Partner at Circadence. Lauryn's earlier experience includes a Refugee Resettlement internship at Dorcas International Institute of Rhode Island and a leadership role at lululemon athletica. Lauryn is currently pursuing a law degree at Roger Williams University School of Law, having previously earned a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology and Sociology from Roger Williams University.
