Connie Qian

Connie Qian is a finance professional with extensive experience in venture capital and equity research. Currently serving as Principal at Canapi Ventures since July 2024, Connie previously held the position of Vice President and Senior Associate at Forgepoint Capital from 2020 to 2024. Prior experience includes roles in Finance & Strategy at Square (2017-2018) and Technology Equity Research at Goldman Sachs (2015-2017) and Baird (2014-2015). Connie holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Business Analytics from The Wharton School and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Applied Economics & Management with a Real Estate Minor from Cornell University.
