Derek Brain

Derek Brain is a Solar Design Specialist in New Construction at ReVision Energy, a position held since November 2023. Prior to this role, Brain served as a Photovoltaic Sales and Design Consultant at SunBug Solar from April 2022 to November 2023, and as Executive Director for Massachusetts at Solworks Energy LLC from June 2016 to April 2022. Earlier experience includes serving as Senior Photovoltaic Project Manager at Transformations Inc. from April 2011 to June 2016, where management of residential and small commercial photovoltaic systems was a key responsibility. Derek Brain holds a Master’s degree in Environmental Management and Sustainability from Harvard Extension School (2008-2011) and a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from Bard College (1987-1992).
