The Sales and Warranty Team at Reviva Inc. is responsible for managing customer relationships and ensuring client satisfaction through both sales and warranty services. The Inside Sales team focuses on driving sales of remanufactured diesel engines and components to regional and national fleets, OEMs, and aftermarket distributors, while the Warranty team handles claims, provides support, and ensures seamless processing of warranty services to maintain operational efficiency and customer trust.
