Wojtek Ptak

Wojtek Ptak is an accomplished engineering leader with extensive experience in technology and product development. Currently serving as the Engineering Executive Director and Head of Engineering at Revolut Business since April 2022, Wojtek leads the engineering teams in building a B2B banking platform that supports over 500,000 businesses worldwide. As a co-founder and co-host of CTO Morning Coffee, Wojtek fosters a community for technology leaders in Poland to exchange ideas and grow within the industry. Previously, as CTO at Talent Alpha, Wojtek focused on talent analytics and recruitment solutions, and at FreshMail, Wojtek held multiple roles, including CTO and Advisory Board member for Machine Learning and AI R&D. Wojtek also co-founded The Ministry of Ideas, contributing to data analytics products used by Fortune 500 companies. Education includes a BSc in Computer Science from Politechnika Krakowska and further studies at EPFL and GFKM.
