Heather Yost is an experienced professional in customer success and go-to-market operations with a strong background in building and leading teams. Currently a member of the RevOps Co-op since February 2024, Heather has held significant roles such as Head of Customer Success at Harvest, where major accomplishments included tripling the size of the customer success team and achieving a 350% higher trial-to-paid conversion rate. Previous positions at Crunchbase encompassed Director of Customer Success and Experience as well as Senior Customer Success Manager, where Heather successfully drove revenue growth and optimizations across customer journey processes.
