Ivan Filipov

Ivan Filipov is an experienced design professional currently serving as the Head of Design at Reward Gateway since March 2015, leading a team of 19 graphic designers in Plovdiv, Bulgaria. Under Ivan's leadership, the team focuses on visual communications to enhance employee engagement for over 3,000 clients, including major corporations such as American Express and IBM. Ivan's extensive career includes roles as Creative Director at multiple companies including Neogrey Ltd and Level 9 Digital, as well as various design positions dating back to the early 1990s. Ivan's educational background includes studies at Hudozestvena Gimnaizia Tsanko Lavrenov from 1983 to 1988.
