Xucai Wang

Xucai (Robert) Wang possesses extensive experience in mechanical engineering, particularly in the water-to-energy and power generation sectors. Currently serving as a Mechanical Engineering Program Manager at Covanta since October 2008, Xucai specializes in boiler systems and overall mechanical engineering for water-to-energy projects, while also managing mechanical design engineering for capital and retrofit projects. Prior roles include Project Engineering Manager for waste-to-energy capital projects, where Xucai provided technical approval and quality control support, as well as various positions at Foster Wheeler, Hamon Deltak, Jurong Engineering Limited, and Jiangsu Province Metallurgical Design Institute, showcasing a diverse background in project engineering and management. Xucai holds both a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Thermal Energy Engineering and Mechanical Engineering from Northeastern University (CN).
