Leslie Ziegler

Leslie Ziegler, CPP, is an experienced HR technology consultant currently leading the implementation of the Infor/Workbrain WFM tool across the UNC Healthcare System. With a career spanning over two decades, Leslie has held various positions, including Payroll Manager and Senior HRIS Analyst at UNC REX Healthcare, where notable contributions involved enhancing payroll processes for over 6,000 employees. Previous experience includes payroll management roles at Novozymes North America, where significant projects included 401(k) plan consolidations and process improvements, as well as consulting for payroll compliance at International Finance Consulting. Leslie’s extensive background in compliance and service delivery at Fidelity Investments HR Services includes managing large-scale M&A projects and overseeing client service teams. Leslie holds a BS in Organizational Leadership from Daniel Webster College.
