Susan Fletcher

Susan Fletcher is an experienced real estate professional with a focus on lease documentation and management. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Real Estate at Rexall Pharmacy Group ULC since July 2020, Susan has a proven track record of managing extensive leasing transactions and negotiations within large portfolios across western Canada. Previously at Allied Properties REIT from May 2011 to July 2020, Susan held various roles, culminating as Manager of Lease Documentation, where responsibilities included preparation and execution of leasing documents, managing lease administration processes, and establishing Standard Operating Procedures for lease administration. Susan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Wilfrid Laurier University, earned in 2010.
