Robin A. Walker-Lee

Robin A. Walker-Lee is the current director at Rexnord and was previously with EMCOR Group, Inc. Robin has also held the position of executive vice president and general counsel at TRW Automotive.

During their time at TRW Automotive, they were a member of the 6-person Executive Officer team that took the business decisions which drove the company's success, including its focus on autonomous driving technologies. Robin also advised the management and Board of Directors on significant issues facing the company, including the successful sale of the public company to ZF Group in 2015 in a cash-for-stock deal.

In May 2015, they were selected to move with the Rexnord Corporation board of directors to the newly constituted Regal Rexnord Corp.

Robin A. Walker-Lee received a J.D. magna cum laude from University of Michigan Law School and a Bachelor of Arts - BA from The University of Kansas.
