The Legal and Compliance team at Reynolds American is responsible for ensuring the company adheres to all legal and regulatory standards within the tobacco industry. This includes managing intellectual property rights, overseeing corporate governance, enforcing compliance with benefits regulations, and driving environmental, social, and governance (ESG) initiatives. Additionally, the team engages with external stakeholders to maintain ethical practices and mitigate legal risks.
