Clay Fears

Clay Fears is an experienced professional in the banking and golf industries, currently serving as the Player Experience Coordinator at Reynolds Lake Oconee since February 2016, where responsibilities include client experience and support for teammates in a premier club fitting and instruction environment. Prior to this, Clay was a self-employed consultant and business advisor for Fearless Designs, offering guidance on business systems and organizational development. Clay's extensive banking career at SunTrust Bank spanned almost three decades, culminating in roles such as Vice President of Business Banking Relationship Manager and Group Vice President for the Retail Area, overseeing sales, operations, and team management. Clay holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from Berry College.
