Sylvia Scheuler

Sylvia Scheuler is an accomplished finance and change management professional with over three decades of experience in the insurance and financial services sectors. Currently serving as Vice President - Change Management EPMO at Reinsurance Group of America, Incorporated since May 2019, Sylvia partners with business leaders to embed change management into the corporate culture. Prior to this role, Sylvia was Vice President - Global Finance and Change Management, overseeing legal entity reporting for global invested assets and leading a team to deliver value-added results. Sylvia’s earlier career includes senior roles at Reinsurance Group of America, General American Life Insurance Company, Western Union Financial Services, and Coopers & Lybrand. Sylvia holds a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from the University of Missouri Trulaske College of Business.
