Joe Rogers

Joe Rogers is the Chairman and Co-founder of RGB. His credentials include two PMI certifications and a B.S. in Computer Science from Harvard. Joe has been architecting and developing IBM ECM/FileNet solutions since 1987 for customers such as Bank of America, Farmers Insurance, City of New York, and County of Los Angeles.
