Shweta Dabas Kumar

Shweta Dabas Kumar, D.Eng., currently serves as Managing Member and Senior Technical Director at RGBSI Aerospace & Defense since April 2020, while also holding the position of Vice President of Program Management and previously Program Director at RGBSI since April 2008. Prior experience includes a role in EE Architecture at DaimlerChrysler from October 2004 to January 2009. Shweta Dabas Kumar earned a Doctor's Degree in Engineering from The George Washington University in August 2023 and holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Sardar Patel University, completed in 2000, along with additional studies at the Illinois Institute of Technology from 2001 to 2003.
