Helena Choe

Helena Choe is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in treasury and capital markets. Since June 2006, Helena has served as Vice President of Treasury at RGE Pte Ltd, where responsibilities include strategising international financial activities and managing a treasury team across Singapore, Malaysia, and Indonesia. Prior to this role, Helena was a Senior Associate in Debt Capital Markets at OSK Investment Bank Berhad from June 2004 to June 2006, focusing on domestic bond issuances in Malaysia. Helena holds a Bachelor’s Degree in International Business/Trade/Commerce from Monash University Malaysia, completed in 2002.
