Susan Ong

Susan Ong is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law. Currently serving as Senior Legal Counsel at RGE since July 2021, Susan oversees legal matters related to strategic projects, regulatory issues, and compliance. Previously, as VP Head of Legal at MPM Group from October 2017 to June 2021, Susan successfully led the negotiation for the divestment of 100% shares of PT Federal Karyatama to ExxonMobil for $436 million, marking one of the year's largest acquisition deals. Susan's earlier roles include Senior Associate at HHP Law Firm, where legal advice was provided on various capital market transactions, and Associate at Soebagjo Jatim Djarot. Susan holds a law degree in Business Law from the University of Indonesia.
