Paul Henderson

Paul Henderson, P.Eng, currently serves as a Senior Engineer at FET Variperm, managing product development projects and directing the construction of new products and equipment. Previous experience includes roles as Business Development Manager and Product Line Manager at Innovex, where innovation and execution were key focuses. Paul served as Product Line Manager and Applications Engineer at Rubicon Oilfield International, overseeing the product development process and supporting global sales and operations. As Senior Engineering Manager at Barracuda Oil Tools, Paul managed downhole tool design projects and explored R&D opportunities in the Oil & Gas sector. Additional roles include Technical Services Manager at Western Oiltools Ltd. and Applications Engineer at World Oil Tools Inc., where Paul provided technical support and managed multiple engineering projects. Paul holds a BSc in Mechanical Engineering from Queen's University.
