Katie Blackledge

Katie Blackledge is an experienced human resources professional with a robust background in people operations and talent management. Currently serving as the Director of People Experience at Rhapsody since February 2019, Katie has held several progressive roles within the company, including Manager of Talent Optimization & Growth and Manager of People Operations & HRBP. Prior to joining Rhapsody, Katie worked at AliMed as a Human Resources Generalist and at Preferred Systems Solutions in various HR roles. Katie began their career as a Research Analyst & Talent Acquisition Associate at MicroStrategy. Katie holds a Bachelor's degree in Conflict Analysis and Resolution with a minor in Writing and Rhetoric from George Mason University.
