Swapnil Khaire

Swapnil Khaire is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in the manufacturing and design of compressors and related technologies. Currently serving as the Engineering Manager for Residential Splits at Rheem Manufacturing since March 2017, Swapnil has held multiple engineering roles, including Principal Engineer and Sr. Project Engineer. Previous positions include Design Engineer at Cook Compression, where notable achievements included improving valve performance and filing five patents, and Product Development Engineer at Danfoss Commercial Compressors, leading efficiency improvements in NexGen scroll compressors.
