Adnan Shahid

Adnan Shahid is an accomplished supply chain and planning professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Head of Planning & Procurement at RHI Magnesita since October 2020, Adnan has significantly improved delivery reliability and reduced Net Working Capital intensity. Previous positions include Vice President of Supply Chain Planning and Analytics, Director of Global Supply Chain at Flint Group, and Global Supply Chain Manager at AkzoNobel, where Adnan led substantial teams and initiatives that resulted in revenue growth and operational efficiencies. Adnan started the career at ICI Pakistan, progressing through roles in supply chain management and procurement. Adnan holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Ghulam Ishaq Khan Institute and recently completed a program in Transition to Business Leadership at IMD.
