Currently serving as a Project Manager at Rhoads Industries since April 2017, Joseph previously worked as a Maintenance Planner at PaperWorks Industries, Inc., focusing on maximizing operating profit and equipment reliability. Joseph has an extensive history in education, having taught mathematics at various high schools and a middle school after retiring from a distinguished career in the United States Air Force, where Joseph served as a Chief Master Sergeant with over 25 years of expertise in aircraft maintenance management.
