Maddie Hays

Maddie Hays is a skilled statistical programmer with experience at Rho since January 2022, progressing from Statistical Programmer I to Statistical Programmer II. Prior to Rho, Maddie gained experience as a Statistical Programming Intern at Instat Clinical Research from June 2020 to January 2022. Earlier roles include Account Manager at Bright Planet Solar, where coordination of installation and customer satisfaction was key, and Shop Assistant Intern at AMSCO Windows, focusing on organizational improvements and training development. Maddie holds a degree in Statistics with a focus on Applied Statistics & Analytics from Brigham Young University, completed in 2021.
