Annette Betancur

Annette Betancur, PhD, MBA, RN, currently serves as Vice President of Implementations at RI International and has held the position of Director of Operations at Eleanor Health since June 2022. Previously, Annette was the Director of Specialty Operations at Neighborhood Outreach Access to Health from January 2021 to August 2022 and the Director of Healthcare Operations at Lake County Health Department and Community Health Center between October 2018 and January 2021. Annette also worked as a Surveyor for The Joint Commission from January 2014 to August 2020 and as Executive Administrator at The University of Chicago Pritzker School of Medicine from July 2015 to October 2019. Earlier in the career, Annette was the Administrator at Winston Manor Convalescent & Nursing from December 2005 to September 2012. Annette holds a Master of Business Administration from DePaul University and a Bachelor of Science from The University of Texas at San Antonio.
