Jenn Herrera

Jenn Herrera is a seasoned real estate professional currently serving as a Realtor at Richmond American Homes since February 2024. Previously, Jenn worked as an Acquisition Specialist at Venture REI from January 2017 to November 2024, where the role involved facilitating multiple home offers and engaging with private equity firms and investors. Jenn also held the position of REALTOR® at North & Co. from March 2015 to November 2024, bringing a strong background in real estate. Prior to these roles, Jenn was the Vice President at Chicago Lakefront Cruises from May 2011 to January 2015, responsible for operational reporting and team leadership. Jenn holds a Bachelor of Studies in Biology and Communications from Arizona State University and has additional education from Scottsdale Community College.
