Kevin Canary

Kevin Canary is an accomplished real estate executive with extensive experience in operations, development, and investment. Presently serving as Division President and Executive Vice President of Operations at Richmond American Homes since April 2020, Kevin has previously held key leadership positions, including Managing Director and Founder at Centre Real Estate Capital and Principal at Northfield Investment & Development, where substantial growth was achieved in annual revenue. With a solid background at NVR, Inc. as General Manager of Land, Kevin was instrumental in acquiring over 3,000 lots and ranked among the top acquisition staff. Additionally, Kevin contributed to the growth of Oceans Group International as Chief Operating Officer, successfully engaging with senior executives and government officials to facilitate significant joint ventures. Educational credentials include a CAS in Real Estate Finance and Economics from The London School of Economics and a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from the University of Dayton.
