Alfonso Bustos

Alfonso Bustos, Ph.D., serves as the Head of Digital Academy at Ricoh Europe, where the focus is on enhancing IT talent across Europe to support the transformation of the Digital Services Company. Additionally, Alfonso is a Contributing Analyst at Wikistrat, collaborating with global experts to address strategic challenges. Alfonso has held academic roles, including professor at BSM - Universitat Pompeu Fabra and EAE Business School, and served on the Advisory Council of Harvard Business Review. Previously, roles included Learning & Development Manager at Ricoh España and Director of Training at BBVA Bancomer. Alfonso earned a Ph.D. in Educational Psychology from Universitat de Barcelona and holds multiple advanced degrees in the fields of psychology and business.
