Roger Frei

Roger Frei possesses extensive experience in service and operations management across various regions and industries. Currently serving as Service Director Nordics & Service Transformation Lead at Ricoh Europe since April 2017, Roger has held multiple leadership positions within the company, including Service Director Central Europe & Nordics and Regional Executive Service Director for several countries. Prior to Ricoh, Roger was Regional Service Director at Ricoh Schweiz AG and held roles such as Country IT Manager at Coca-Cola Hellenic Bottling Company and Country Infrastructure Manager at Exogen AG. Roger Frei holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Science Business Administration from KLZ Zürich, attained between 1991 and 1994.
