Vanessa Anness

Vanessa Anness is an accomplished leader in the technology and consulting sectors, currently serving as the Head of Consulting at Ricoh Europe since December 2022. In this role, Vanessa leads a team focused on empowering decision-making across customer organizations through customized Microsoft solutions, achieving a remarkable 400% increase in margin and the highest employee engagement score within the business in the first year.
