Adeola Ajayi

Adeola Ajayi serves as the Director of the Office of the CEO at RICS since January 2020, where responsibilities include directing the executive office and strategy as a member of the RICS Executive Team. Prior roles at RICS also include Head of the CEO Office and Global Communications Lead, managing strategic initiatives and leading global communications efforts. Previously, Adeola Ajayi held positions at the Association of British Insurers, providing expertise in external affairs and advocacy, and at Friends Life UK and Hiscox, where communications and media relations were key focus areas. Adeola Ajayi is currently pursuing an Executive MBA at London Business School, having earned a BSc (Hons) in Communications and Media Studies from Brunel University London.
