Leadership Team

Ridgemont Equity Partners has a leadership team with a history of experience in many industries including healthcare, IT services, finance, and energy. Many members of the team have experience working in investment banking and private equity. The team is also educated, with degrees from Duke University, James Madison University, The Wharton School, Davidson College, and the University of Virginia.
