Scott Dettmer

Scott Dettmer is an experienced construction professional currently serving as the Director of Build-to-Rent at Ridgemont Commercial Construction since March 2024. Prior roles include Division Manager at William Ryan Homes from April 2022 to January 2024, Vice President of Single Family Rental Construction at Mill Creek Residential Trust LLC from September 2021 to March 2022, and Project Manager at David Weekley Homes from May 2014 to September 2021. Scott also operated Dettmer Homes, a residential construction company, from 2007 to 2014, focusing on new homes and remodeling projects.
