Joshua Pfenning

Joshua Pfenning is an experienced director in product development and brand management, currently serving as the Director of Product Development at Riedell Shoes, Inc. since 2018. Pfenning drives the product vision, overseeing the complete development process for a wide range of ice and roller skate footwear and components, while managing relationships with global suppliers and leading innovative product testing and refinement. As a former Brand Director, Pfenning achieved significant sales growth and successfully managed the product life cycle for multiple brand lines.
