Kasper Thornton

Kasper Thornton is a seasoned professional in human performance, currently serving as the Group Director of Human Performance at Right to Dream since July 2024. Prior to this role, Kasper held multiple positions at FC Nordsjaelland from August 2015 to July 2024, including Director of Human Performance, Head of Medical, Head of Physiotherapy for the Academy, and Academy Physiotherapist. Earlier experience includes working as a Physiotherapist at Vig Fysioterapi, specializing in sports injuries and chronic pain from June 2014 to March 2016. Educational qualifications include a Post Graduate Diploma in Sports & Exercise Medicine from the University of South Wales (2020-2021), and a Physiotherapy degree from PH Metropol Copenhagen (2011-2014), in addition to an HF from Frederiksborg HF - Hillerød (2007-2009).
