Bram Oskam

Bram Oskam is an experienced project leader and manager specializing in real estate management, new construction, and renovation. Currently, Bram holds the position of Projectleider vastgoedbeheer at Rijksvastgoedbedrijf since January 2023. Prior experience includes roles as Projectmanager at Quadraat Projectmanagement from April 2021 to July 2023, and Projectleider at Sempergreen Group from September 2020 to March 2021. Bram's significant tenure at BOOT - Ingenieurs met een verhaal spanned from August 2008 to September 2020, where responsibilities included Projectleider, Teamleider, Werkvoorbereider, projectcoördinator, and CAD-tekenaar, as well as Landmeetkundige focused on geo-related information and project site design. Bram's educational background encompasses a Bachelor’s degree in Construction from HAN University of Applied Sciences, a Lifetime Leadership Master from IDDD company, and vocational training in Land, Water, and Environment from Helicon college. Additional qualifications include training as an aspiring land surveyor and completion of secondary education at Ichthus college.
