Xander Hendrikx is an experienced project manager with a strong background in revitalization and renovation projects, particularly within the defense and cultural heritage sectors. Currently serving at Rijksvastgoedbedrijf since 2002, Xander has held multiple leadership positions, including Senior Project Manager and Head of Cultural Heritage Department, overseeing significant projects such as the renovation of the Ministry of Defence and the Maritime Museum Amsterdam. Xander's earlier role as Head of Residential and Environmental Departments at Gemeente Alkmaar in 2009 further showcases a breadth of expertise in urban development.
