Anoushka Zijlstra has extensive experience in facility management, currently serving as Stafmanager Facility Management at Rijn IJssel since September 2019. Prior to this role, Anoushka worked as Facility Manager at Woonlandschap de Leyhoeve from 2018 to September 2019 and as Hoofd Hotel- en Facilitaire dienst at Het Schild, where responsibilities included managing hotel and facility services for internal and external clients from 2012 to September 2018. Anoushka founded and directed Regelen Wij, a bureau for household assistance organization, from 2011 to 2012. Previous experience includes serving as Unitmanager BSO at Kinderopvang SKAR from 2008 to 2011 and as Facilitair Manager at UWV, overseeing multiple locations and a substantial team from 2002 to January 2008. Anoushka holds a Bachelor's degree in Facility Management from Hogeschool Diedenoort Wageningen, obtained between 1989 and 1993.
