Josephine Ecklu

Josephine Ecklu is an experienced Inclusive Business Manager at Rikolto, supporting innovative models in agriculture across four continents since September 2019. Prior roles include serving as a Policy Officer for Agribusiness at the Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands, where responsibilities encompassed managing public-private partnership projects and enhancing agricultural competitiveness in West Africa. Josephine has also worked with the British Council as a Project Coordinator, TOP bv as a Graduate Trainee focusing on food SMEs, and held various internships in production and engineering roles. Josephine holds a Master of Science in Development Finance from the University of Ghana Business School, a Master of Science in Sustainable Food Process Engineering from Wageningen University, and a Bachelor of Science in Food Process Engineering from the University of Ghana.
