Marcus Olsson

Marcus Olsson is an experienced property manager with a strong background in real estate and facilities management. Currently serving as Fastighetschef at Rikshem AB since March 2023, Marcus previously held the same title at Mönsterås Kommun from September 2018 to March 2023. Marcus also worked at Malmö stad from January 2016 to September 2018, where responsibilities included Sektionschef and Förvaltare roles. Earlier experience includes positions as Lägenhetsutvecklare and Uthyrare at MKB Fastighets AB, as well as a research assistant role and IT Helpdesk position at Malmö University. Marcus's career began with hands-on technical work as a VVS montör at NGL Teknik and as a consultant at Adecco Sverige. Marcus holds a Fil.
