Mathias Ravndal

Mathias Ravndal is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various roles within the field. Currently serving as a Seniorrådgiver HR at Riksrevisjonen since May 2022, Mathias previously worked as an HR-rådgiver at Norges forskningsråd from May 2019 to May 2022 and at NOKUT from August 2012 to May 2019. Earlier career experiences include a position as a Studentassistent in Careers Service at BI Karriereservice and as a Butikkmedarbeider/Skiftleder at Rimi Bjørndal/Ica Mortensrud. Mathias holds a Master's degree in Leadership and Organizational Psychology from BI Norwegian Business School, as well as additional qualifications in Recruitment and Employer Branding from the University of South-Eastern Norway and a Bachelor's degree in Pedagogikk from the University of Oslo. Mathias also participated in a program at the University of California, Berkeley in 2009.
