Malin Welander

Malin Welander currently serves as Utbildningsansvarig and Föreningsutvecklare at Riksteatern – Hela Sveriges scen since March 2023, focusing on developing and supporting over 220 associations through courses aimed at pedagogics, networking, association development, and event organization. Prior to this role, Malin Welander was a Verksamhetsutvecklare for Kultur & scenkonst at Studiefrämjandet from 2009 to March 2023, where efforts were concentrated on fostering cultural activities throughout Stockholm County via coaching, workshops, and educational projects. Malin Welander also served as Styrelseledamot and Föreningsutvecklare at Musik och kulturföreningarnas samarbetsorganisation (MoKS) from May 2008 to January 2012, enhancing communication and development for member associations and organizing key events. Additional experience includes roles as Produktionsassistent during the Stockholms Kulturfestival (2007-2010) and Pluralcoach at Riksteatern (2007-2008). Malin Welander holds a Kandidatexamen in Konst och bildvetenskap from Linnaeus University, completed in 2007.
