Niclas Amundsen

Niclas Amundsen has extensive experience in the technology and media sectors, currently serving as Effekt eier and Head of the OTT platform at RiksTV since June 2018. Prior roles include Manager On Demand at Canal Digital from March 2013 to May 2018, and various positions at Microsoft between May 2008 and February 2013, including Senior Consultant and Consultant. Niclas began a significant tenure at Canal Digital in December 2002, contributing as Software Development Manager, Senior Software Architect, and Senior Software Developer until April 2008. Earlier experience includes Senior Software Developer at MultiMedia Lab, Development Manager at Web Partner AS, and Consultant at Accenture (formerly Andersen Consulting). Niclas holds a Sivilingeniør degree from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU), attended Hellerud vgs, and completed additional studies at NTNU.
