Sherri Miller

Sherri Miller is a Principal at Rincon Consultants, Inc., leading the Natural Resources group since March 2020, with 26 years of experience in environmental planning focused on CEQA/NEPA documentation and compliance, wetlands, land use planning, and endangered species permitting. Prior to this role, Sherri served as Vice President at Garcia & Associates, overseeing the Environmental Planning group from December 2017 to March 2020, and held the position of Principal and Biology Group Manager at Dudek from February 1998 to November 2017. Sherri began their career as a Biologist at Espey Huston & Associates, where responsibilities included obtaining wetlands and endangered species permits and conducting biological field studies across several states. Sherri holds an MS in Botany from Duke University and a BS in Biology from Washington and Lee University.
