Baylee Shurman

Baylee Shurman is an accomplished Art Director with extensive experience in creative brand marketing and strategy. Currently employed at GOOD AMERICAN since January 2021, Baylee leads a marketing team and oversees all creative assets, photoshoot direction, and digital storytelling. Previous roles include Art Director at 7 For All Mankind, where Baylee managed brand-facing creative and production, and Executive Art Director at Heat Makes Sense, Inc., overseeing a team of graphic designers. Additional experience includes Art Director positions at McCann Worldgroup and Arnold Worldwide, contributing to global campaigns for major brands, along with various internships in graphic design and fashion. Baylee holds a Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts (BFA) in Photography from OCAD University and an Associate's degree in Graphic Design from Parsons School of Design.
